Support for Google Analytics 360
The Queensland Government Google Analytics 360 (GA360) product and implementation is supported and offered by Smart Service Queensland in partnership with a Google Sales Partner.
Our primary role in the whole-of-government digital analytics offering is to provide product integration, enablement and support.
Our support offering includes:
- account management
- user management
- onboarding eligible websites
- issue resolution within the scope of the current implementation.
It does not include:
- report and dashboard creation
- website analysis.
Google licenses Google Analytics 360 through resellers called Sales Partners. Smart Service Queensland (acting on behalf of the Queensland Government) has entered into an agreement with one of Google's Sales Partners for licensing and support of Google Analytics 360. Additional support can be purchased from our Sales Partner to assist you.
